It is probably your settings. Check your rates. Are you possibly on a LAN or wireless LAN?

nope its internet and i dont know how to use LAN lol i dont know what is and what is Lan lol?

Check your internet connection speeds. Run a speed test.

Tell us your upload and download speeds.

Then tell us what you have your server rates set as in server.cfg

Also, this is no longer an Amx Mod X issue seeing as Amx Mod X had nothing to do with your problem. You may want to request a moderator to move it to Off-Topic or some other section.

also i dont have anything in server.cfg i dont know how it work the sv_maxrate and all stuff

There is a good tutorial linked for it on steampowered or some other sites like fpsbanana... I followed them and my server got much more peppy.

yeah but i dont really understand how it work i already see it but its like when i add those line it lagg more and more

i just know that i can only run 16 player (Big Max) on my server ...

what should i do ?

Personally, I would bump it down a few slots to ten or twelve players.

You have to come up with your own rates. Until then, comment all rate commands in your server.cfg that weren't there when you first installed.

Install hlbooster and put your server priority process high. Your CPU work is not up to the bandwith. Try it.
