i have the file on the client, i replace it with another model on the server and thats it, the client didn't download the "new" model

This plugin only forces client to connect with default files (aka not custom skins for example).
If you want to add custom skins on your server, use GHW_Weapon_Replacement plugin.

Yes, this plugin can check root folder.

For example,you can check core.dll ...

But you have to write lines like that on filecheck.ini
