Change the email address associated with your account to something else, and then change your password to something you'll never remember.

If you want the username to be changed, there's a way to do it, but it costs $20 USD.

I think it would be much easier for you to get/make a 'new identity' instead to clean the old one to restore your reputation.

I'm just removing old, obsolete data from services I don't use anymore.

And what "cheating sites" do you have in mind?
I can only see MPGH which I used to learn coding.
