Perhaps use the stable build of MM:S. Secondly, I'd force update my server and validate your files through SteamCMD on your server. Thirdly start using approved plugins. Their approved for a reason.

So,

I fresh install a server, take the stable version of MM:S, check the gamedata again, retry all the plugin by adding and removing one by one, and I try with only approuved plugins.
The server keep crashing :/

Need to contact the sysadmin for force update and validate. I do that later in this day.

...hopefully you upgraded MM:S and SM files when server is shutdown
or addons disabled. Otherwise all files not get overwritten.
