Something that comes to my mind (aka request) that you could add to the plugin :

"GetPartnerID" but for everyone (GetPartnersArray ?). I'm thinking about something like an array where the index represent a Client Id and the value the Client Id associated (married) to that former client.

This would allow other plugins to do massive (or long) partner-operated functions (i.e. scramble/balance teams, but consider the partner so it can be with; or allow a team composed of married people against non-married more easily), without having to bothersomely use a GetPartnerID for every player (a context change would be needed "number of connected players" times I believe = :/ ).

The general concept of coupling with someone else is really interesting and under-exploited in general gaming I believe.

edit : also, checking returns of GetClientAuthString should be done. And you might want to use Threaded queries (if someone doesn't have his DB locally, I feel this wouldn't be pretty for the server).

re-edit : also maybe a simple "GetWhoClientIsMarriedWith( client )"; for non-array usage ; I feel that needing the SteamId string everytime you want to use your interface is a bit heavy

re-re-edit : AddMultiTargetFilter could be nice

I made this for Pirates, Vikings and Knights 2. But it works with any sourcemod, hence no tag.
