Hello guys, I am very thankful for this community, without communities this world would be chaos.

Hey I just started out a new server, this one may be a bit off topic, another one isn't

1st. I am having an idle server, I want to make team blue star still stuck to the ground and with no weps. Those are idlers. I need to know what command and where to put it I would really appreciate some of your help guys

And secondly I will need donators to keep the server running. If people donate I want to know how to add their names to somewhere with all the features in one place such as
Player 1 donated
The package included colored chat and jet pack. I want to know how to add the feature to this one person only

I know it is very confusing but I will appreciate all you guys help! I thank you! cheers

For the second one, use sourcebans!
With sourcebans you can easily make admin groups with certain flags such as vip with only flag a.
Then you will have to assign those jetpack and colored chat to flag a.
Adding admins with sourcebans is easy. Just create an account for that person with his/her steamid and assign the server admin group.

Why do idle servers still exist? Didn't Valve change it so that you actually have to be doing something to get item drops>
