I have a few questions

we are trying to use Dust2 with this CS:S DM but everytime when somebody kills another player it will restart the round and also afther the timer runs out it will restart. how can we fix this so the round etc will just keep going.

and eveytime when someone joins the server you get this massages
"[CSSDM] Counter-Strike Source: Deathmatch (version 2.1.4)
[CSSDM] Visit http://www.bailopan.net/cssdm to download.
S"
How can we disable this?

Thanks for your time. sorry about my english.

That bailopan site haven't updated in long time...

Use snapshot versions from here Alliedmodders forum !
CS:GO DM update and news

Better delete older css dm files before you install newer version.

You have more tha one player in game ??
you could use
mp_ignore_round_win_conditions 1
Code:
"mp_ignore_round_win_conditions" = "0"
 game replicated
 - Ignore conditions which would end the current round
