Hello! There is some DM server with ability to plant a bomb.
And there are some players on it, who think that it's very necessary to drop a bomb to some inaccessible place so that the other players won't be able to pick it up; they drop a bomb on the high boxes and then nobody can pick it up and plant.
Is there a possibility to block players' ability to drop a bomb at all? I mean, a bomb should be dropped only by player's death, and then it can be picked up by another player.
So, can it be blocked?
