I used it for one month and i earned 5€ then i had to wait 3 or 6 month to get that money and if i would want it instantly, i would have to pay them so they send me money what i earned

Last month I earned around 370$ - I dont know whats your problem is?
Bad regions? Less players?

If you make a request payment, there are 11% (or 12% idk) fees. If not, you have to wait 60 days to get your earning.

At what admin level does the "sm_motdgd_immunity" effect?

I've been using this service since october, are the advertisement supposed to run when surfing for example? with a timelimit of 45 minutes that is. I know some people get them once in a while. I run 4 big servers w/ around 800 cpm per day, still only get 15-20$ maximum at the end of the month.

Your settings are mostly not very good. You should try and play with your settings a little more to get the perfect thing.

Around line 392 of the plugin in #1 at the time of writing:

If you have configured John's access to include the override "MOTDGD_Immunity", then John does not require any flags at all.

If you have configured John's access to include the reservation flag (a), then John would automatically have access to the override as well, and be immune without the need of the override.
