[NMRiH] Weird font in server console

Guys, I have a problem. When player with weird symbol or maybe chinese font, It's look like this in the console. It's also make my console bug for a second, when the player write something in the game chat, I can't type anything in console. Anyone have problem like this? And how to fix it?
