Requesting Scheduler with Days of the week...Willing to pay $$

Hello, I need to have a plugin built that will run other "tasks or plugins or cvars at different days of the week that I identify. Also, I would like to have this able to put in Dates as well for the task to run at a future time. The plugin also needs to have time slots to designate on those days selected. I am willing to pay 50.00 USD to anyone that can come up with a working and error free plugin. Yes I know task scheduler is out there but it is not able to code days of the week and is a VERY old plugin. It has also shown to be buggy with amxmodx v1.76c
