Respawn fish-humiliated players (if they are alive (humiliation! ))
Idea based on "FISH KILL" bug in Fast Respawn Plugin

CVars:

hhm_enable 1 // enable/disable plugin
hhm_duration 5.0 // Time before player will be respawned
hhm_togglemsg 1 // Turn on/off messages about humiliation
hhm_minhits 5 // Minimal hits for enable timer
