Subdomain for csgo server

How can I use a domain to connect to csgo server?
For example, retake.example.com:27015
I've tried making an A record in my one.com control panel pointing to my server ip. But when I tried to connect ingame, it didn't work. It just kept loading.

What's the output of your csgo and game server console?

DNS records take time to propagate based on TTL; make sure they're up to date and that your personal computer hasn't cached a negative result after querying the domain. You can also try flushing your DNS cache, but your network gateway (or whatever DNS server you have configured) may also cache results for some time.

If all else fails, best to give it a day or so.
