can u describe me the difference between LANG_PLAYER and LANG_SERVER?

LANG_SERVER basically defined by "server_language en", LANG_PLAYER its defined according to amx_langmenu
(Using by a Players when connect to server).

I normally use the LANG_SERVER, because if a player select a incomplete lang file to use (Like 3rd plugins) will create some problems (Like MLANG_NOTFOUND i think).

for LANG_SERVER its used a native configured by "server_language en" (Look in amxmodx/data folder)
