Update the tf2 stats sourcemod plugin on the tf2 server that uses that database, and start that server up. If sourcemod is running and the plugin is enabled, it should connect to the database, see that it is and older version of the database, and update it to the latest database structure.

Make sure the plugin's connecting to the database (and the correct database, the same one this stats page install is using), then.

Compare the config files. The config.json should match the database that the tf2 server is connecting to (db.name and db.host on the stats page data/config/config.json and Databases->tf2stats->database and Databases->tf2stats->host in the tf2 server's addons/sourcemod/configs/databases.cfg file).

yea it was a simple problem the database file in the sourmod plugin was to my other server so i changed that to the correct database and then it is fine

Sorry, it got lost in the shuffle. I've added it to my bug tracker.
