Yeah i thought about the validate aswell and wondered.

I need to say I was wrong it was his 2nd account but somehow on his steam profile the name and profile picture didnt update and was the same as his main which made me think he would be changing his SteamID

They probably changed the name and image after you seen them as being the same person.

I remember a player reported someone cheating on my forums. I check the images to see the reporter had wall hacks on lol.

The moral is. Players can be really stupid. Good work busting this guy lol!

I should add some more info about what I put in my reply, I checked through steamrep the steamids you posted and steamrep returned the steamids belonged to seperate accounts(1 belonging to one with name I posted), another had a different name set at time I checked BUT it's name history revealed that indeed had the name of the first account recently.
