If you your using manis plugin then you need to up the cvar within the mani_server.cfg eg: mani_sounds_per_round 0 // Set to the number of sounds you wish a regular player to be able to use per round then peps will be able to play sounds in -game But im sure your soon find it more trouble then its worth!! Spin __________________
