Hello, because the new CS1.6 updates, we no longer hear players who are NonSteam, There is a plugin who hates to hear players who are NonSteam?

Non-Steam should not be used. Use No-Steam instead, it is not supported in here and you can get banned from the forum.

He just asked that beacouse the last steam update change the voice codec, and he wants to make a S/NS server with JailBreak, he wants everyone to hear the Guards..

No one cares if he has CS1.6 on Steam as long as his SERVER allows non-steam.

This forum supports alot of people, how do you know if the server youre helping is Steam or NoSteam?

This forum supports anyone, as long as it isn't prooven that the supported person wants support for no-steam, and it should be clear in this case that he proofs it himself.
So there is nothing to discuss here.
