I've got my TF2 server up, but I'm having trouble getting it started. I've got a small group of friends that play TF2 regularly, but it's tough getting a server going with only a 2v2. I was wondering if any one in the forums would feel like helping me get the server started.

The server is in my sig, and I'd be willing to give reserve slots to anyone willing to play on the server regularly. I'm not expecting much of a response to this, but if it is overwhelming I may limit the number of reserve slots I give away to 25 or so, but we'll see how this goes. If we can get this server popular, you will keep your reserved slots forever.

If you want to join our "clan" (if you can call it that), that would be fine too. We don't really play competitively (mostly because there are only 5 of us), but we would certainly be open to the suggestion. You can also join our steam group "chf420" (right now it is only me, the other guys are switching from our old group soon) or goto http://steamcommunity.com/groups/CHF420.

For people in the south and southwest, you should get a great ping to this server. I typically get <20ms out of Austin TX.

The server is a 30 player 100tic@500fps server that is running HLstats and a few other plugins.

I don;t know about you but when i go in a server and it says 15/16 and there is no one in it i get kind of mad lol

There is, but the in-game browser doesn't show the fake clients as real players. So a 30 man server with 10 fake clients shows up as a 0/20.

Besides, like Liquidz said, that's lame.

I'm a little disappointed by the responses I'm getting to this. I thought I might get a decent response if I stated my request politely, instead of:

JOIN MY SERVERZ!! SUPER L33T!!! JOIN OR I HACK YOU!!

But, I guess I'm just going about this the wrong way.
