I'd really like you to continue posting, but learn a bit before doing so. I know it takes sometime to learn, but it's worth it if you try hard. The best way is do test things a little yourself, experiment a little with different techniques, make plugins for your own server, test them a bit, and only then post them here.

Sorry if I was rude, but I needed to be clear that this plugins does not do what it promisses, and that it won't do any good in most situations.

i saw the code, it changes the normal rates, and some silly stuff, but does it help at all ?

It may for people with wrong rates. There are at least a thousand plugins that do this much better, and without messing unrelated settings.

it works for my servers all / most of the users that play my servers dont mess with the user rates so it help out good.
