Compiled for linux and minimally tested.

Edit:

jim, i'm testing and it blocks the round end when I kill myself playing alone ("Round Draw") and when c4 explodes ("Terrorist Win") but it doesn't block when the time counter reaches 0 ("Target has been saved"). If that is not what expected, tell me if It can be consequence of alterations I did to the code (i made some alterations to make it compile) (I don't think so but you will know)
