No, this is for the Source Engine only.
For old school CS you need an amx mod x plugin from over there: http://forums.alliedmods.net/forumdisplay.php?f=79

Someone needs to make a MySQL version that they will actually support and work on. If anyone wants to handle the MySQL/Coding aspect of it, I can design a good looking GUI for it .

I have some issues with this plugin. When I use this "advertisements.txt" file - plugin is perfectly work:
(it is all in English and encoding is ANSI)

But if I write something in Russian in this file and save it in encoding UTF-8 this plugin stop working

Plugin is work very strange: there is NO first advertisement, there are second, third, fourth and fifth advertisements and that is all - there is no other advertisement at all

How can I fix it?

For some reason this plugin seems to not be working when it comes to the " T " type message. I dose not display any message that I flag as top, but it goes through everything else fine?

Not getting any error logs or anything.
