I don't know if it is because of the original notepad++ version or because of your modifications, but it is a bit annoying :
When I reduce the notepad window, it automatically saves the file, and if the file is new, it displays an error.

It's a plugin which auto-saves the current file if you np++ loses focus. And the file is saved in auto.recover inside np++ root directory. What error do you have ? I don't have any problem.
If you find the behavior annoying, you can disable it : Plugins -> Auto Save -> Option and untick "Notepad++ loses focus".

It happens when the file is being used somewhere, that you have opened and modified things with np++ and when you have reduced the windows (basically when np++ loses focus whatever you do), the auto save feature can't do the job to save the file. Either make sure the file is not being used, or disable the feature.

It happens with all files I edit with N++, which are only opened in N++. I'll disable this feature, because it is very annoying.

The message is explicit and even without this plugin np++ would throw such error if you were attempting to save a file in this situation. It happens like when you open an archive and inside you open a file with np++ and when you try to save it, you will get an error. Anyway, it's more a user issue and not the plugin fault.

Yes I know that, and, when I disable it, N++ crash everytime.

And please how do i change output directory ??? When i change
SET output =$(CURRENT_DIRECTORY)\$(NAME_PART).amxx
to
SET output =$(F:\cs\cstrike\addons\amxmodx\plugins)\$(NA ME_PART).amxx
it compiles but i cant find compiled file...
