[INSURGENCY] Custom admin skin (Paying if needed)

Hi there!

I'm wondering if anyone here would be able to make a plugin which enables custom skins for admins. Haven't found anything that seems to relate to this game.
sm_skinchooser doesn't work with Insurgency.

As mentioned in the title - if you're willing to code this for cash, please contact me.

And what exactly does not work with skinchooser?

Basically it crashes the server. Would you be interested in a report?
