somehow valve blocked servers from enforcing 3rd person view on clients .. is it true ? cuz the 3rd person view doesn't work lately

yeah since ages... needs update, will do eventually. I recommend not using this for now.

it's ok to use it just set l4d_trophy_enabled to 1,l4d_trophy_saveconvars to 0 and l4d_trophy_thirdpersontime to 0,of course you won't be able to see yourself in 3rd person but others will see your trophy if they happen to notice

Hmmm, did you re-write the plugin already? I ask because I was using the one posted on the first page and it seem to work perfectly fine on my L4D1 server. However, I used it without 3rd person view because of what was mentioned in some of the previous posts and because I prefer it that way anyway. But it does work. So thanks Silvers

Yeah I'll post it up in the next few weeks, re-wrote it from scratch... and yeah thirdperson no longer works. Thanks very much Valve.
