Known issue that has to do with 2.0.0, it's fixed in 2.5.0

And there's a few issues surfaced with new punishments.

Sometimes when a grenade goes off it get´s the thrower slain, even though he didn´t kill the victim just teamwounded.

I would want to be able to only allow punish and forgive options. Is this already possible btw? Please tell me how then, I would really appreciate it.
