I've already noticed that there are a bunch of "devs" with the same behaviour.
Even some I thought somewhat well-known ones like Franc1sco don't answer within reasonable time or at all...

That is unfortunately true, I also had this experience and gave the person money for it. This person said at the time of purchase that he will support the plugin, if there are any questions he will change that, unfortunately the excuse was always taken that he has no time. From other users I hear that he does something for them, so I write this to you that. It's hard to find someone who would do this voluntarily and 100% true to his word. But you can't expect this from Cow according to my experience, I tried to write to him several times, but without any answer (No, I didn't annoy him, I wrote him normally).

Your request is large and I was thinking on accept or not. But currently I am not accepting large request (unless it is a request that like me) because basically I dont need more money (money now for me is an incentive and not a necessity like it was before). I should say more "no" when I have doubts on accept or no, so sorry for have not decline your request before and good luck for find someone.
