OK I know that there are plugins out there that add blood and gore to the game. But i need something different. See, my cousin is coming over tomorrow for spring break. I want to teach him "the way of the gamer" by playin some CS with him. Problem is, hes like 8. I was wondering, is there a plugin that REMOVES blood and gore? If not, can someone make 1 or tweak 1 that adds it or something? I would greatly appreciate this.

Well, I think putting

violence_hgibs 0
violence_hblood 0
violence_agibs 0
violence_ablood 0

into your config should work to remove blood from the game.
If that's not enough for you - and if you know German ... *g* - you may select German as the Steam language, because the models don't "die" but just sit around ... O_o
