so if i don't want to be banned, i have to use this token in my start file adding line "+sv_setsteamaccount XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"? i have placed my csgo dedicated server in vps server and turned off lan (sv_lan 0)

If by "XXXX" you mean it is your GSLT, then no, you will still get banned.

I don't believe sv_lan 1 requires a GSLT.

Correct. If you don't use a GSLT, your server also will not be able to be connected to, unless you're running sv_lan 1.

Its not necessary if you're fine with getting an account banned, using it on LAN, or buying/using tokens from someone else. Like sneaK said, you won't find support for that plugin on this forum.
