Its simple English. I have the power to kill you but it doesn't mean I am allowed to.

Exolent probably has the ability to Ban but is not allowed to under the guidelines of his level of administration and does not abuse that privilege.

I made my post with an absolute neutrality, and don't know anything.
just was asking about to know, where is the error in the algorithm.

edit: a guy was banned cause he made a stupid joke, he asked for some explanations, and I was thinking that I read some errors in the Exolent's post.
he is among the best moderators here, and he should understand that I am taking up a neutral position.

2 options of delete: Delete Post/Thread, Delete Post/Thread as Spam
In the latter, there is the option to ban the user after deleting.
