Hi forums fellas.

I've come up with a question I know it's bit wired but believe me I'm an absolute noob in these things so please excuse any noobish question or comment.

Basically I need to know about two one which makes good frame contrast and lots of designs for photos and one which makes my photos look like a graphical anime like (Naruto, Death Note, One Piece or Bleach).

I've a budget of a couple hundreds in AUDs so please recommend me some software and your experience with them.

GIMP is a free alternative to Photoshop.

I use Adobe Photoshop CS2.
Its very useful, and I have been using it for quite a while.
