[CS:GO] end match votes

hey guys im kinda noob so take it easy, i am setting up a dedicated server, and in the middle of the game the match ends, while still remaining a few rounds to really finish, after this we choose a map in that scoreboard of the end, then the game goes back from where it was before ends,

what i want to do, i wish i could play all rounds and when it's finishing sourcemod pop up a map vote and then when the game is really finished it can really change the map correctly, i also want to disable those ending map voting from valve, is there a possible way?
