I wanted to set up another computer with CS:S...

Eeverythng went as planned, new download from steam.

When i launched the game for the first time, nothing happened..... then i launched it again.

It hit me with one of those patented "I'm windows so i'm not really gonig to tell you whats wrong, i'll make you pay first!" kinda things, in other words it crashed. hl2.exe had a problem and needed to close...

I'm not here to troubleshoot cause i'm all over it with valve and steam.

What is the probabilty I can get my money back? I meet all the system requirements with flying colors but the game doesn't work, and by poking around the internet it seems that a lot of people get screwed for weeks, even months with no word back from Valve or Steam. This is a serious on going issue with no resolution... is this grounds for a refund?
