EDIT: That's not the way you must do to players using the asphyxiation bug in L4D. Why slay them, BTW? What if some don't choose to as if they were thinking that using the water for camouflage?

This is not the will kill them immediately. For a time, they can hide. But there will be a decrease in health. And finally, if your health is not enough to breathe the player will sink. I think it is quite true.
