It is possible to somehow protect against decompiling? Encryption is there or something else?

On my server "HeadAdmin's" have FTP accounts to server to upload something like noblock change server cfg etc etc and I want to be 100% my server core plugins cant be decomplied then rewrited.

Maybe you can alter their permissions so they aren't allowed to download files from the server.

Or just remove their access all together since you don't seem to have faith in them.
