Im running a pug plugin on my server (5v5) and I am in need of a deadtalk plugin (.sma or .amxx)

deadtalk meaning that alive players can hear dead players and see dead chat and that dead and live can hear and talk to each other on the microphone

If anyone can provide me with a deadtalk It'll be greatly appreciated!

Thats for chat.

Use sv_alltalk 1 for voice.

Just use rehlds, you can achieve what you want with cvars, sv_alltalk 0/1/2/3/4 see documentation, + a lot of new stuff
