start disabeling plugins and see if it works, find out what plugin is screwing with it and decide which one is more important.

sometimes i and my mates get menu but sometimes NO , pelase help me

Unless somebody knows everything about your plugins, i believe what i said above is all you got.

...... Im not sure if you understand, did you disable all your 3rd party plugins and see if it works? You keep asking, but this is all you got.....
