Hi, i have a server but i broke it by puting a plugin in it, i don't have the game panel (host broken) but i can connect on WINSCP, the thing is that i need to restart the server or do this: amx_restart 1
could i revive it with HLSW or WINSCP?

If the server program is completely dead, you can't. What you need is an access to a protocol like SSH to restart the HLDS program.
