    Description:
    The 12 April 2018 TF2 update added a fix for being able to capture control points during setup time. The fix for that issue introduced a bug on some maps where no timer was present on a round, making setup run indefinitely, and capture zones would be disabled.

    I wrote this a couple of weeks ago because TFBots would also refuse to do objectives during setup, so I'm just going to throw it up as-is in case someone finds it useful before Valve fixes it. Don't mind the name.

    What this does is wait until players are able to move at teamplay_round_active, then disables setup if there are no active timers currently in setup.

    Installation:
    Click the get plugin link and install. No configuration is available.

    The ability to push the cart on certain Payload (race) maps has been fixed in the latest update, though the way they fix it doesn't move the round out of setup.

    Unless you're doing something dependent on not being in setup time (according to gamerules' m_bInSetup property), you probably don't need this anymore.
