CS:GO GOTV Caster Setup

Hello guys,
I have been trying to get GOTV Caster setup for my servers from a long time and failed a lot of times... Is there anyone here who can help me in setting up a GOTV-Caster ? What i really want is a Caster Setup where Caster's voice can be transmitted to GOTV-VIEWERS only instead of all....

I'm also interested in this, any progress? Being able to cast via GOTV would be great.

gotv_theater_container 
Default: 
Enables GOTV theater mode for the specified container, setting it to 'live' will play top live matches
Client only command

tv_allow_camera_man_steamid 
Default: 
Allows tournament production cameraman to run csgo.exe -interactivecaster on SteamID 7650123456XXX and be the camera man.
Server only

the other command is from to patch ago so its a pretty new command dont rly now so much about the hole Caster with csgo tv but i hopp that will help
