ESF PowerUp & Aura Color Changer

Description:

- LOL! Another plugin for ESF!
- With this you can change the powerup and aura color! If you dont understand, look at pictures.


Cvars:

- esf_powerupcolor_mode:

* 0 - default color for each class(disabled)
* 1 - you can set the powerup color by cvar
* 2 - random powerup colors

- esf_powerupcolor_color "255 255 255" - (use spaces) set here the powerup color if mode is 1.

- esf_auracolor_mode:

* 0 - default aura color for each class
* 1 - random aura colors
* 2 - color controlled by cvar

- esf_auracolor_color - "1" - set here the aura color


The colors are:

0 = white
1 = green
2 = purple
3 = red
4 = yellow
5 = blue
6 = ssj2
7 = ssj4

Changelog:

- version [1.0] = first release
- version [2.0] = added 2 cvars for aura color
- version [3.0] = final and best ever 
- version [4.0] = optimized

Use static variables. And don't create them in loops.
I would use strbreak instead of parse.

Don't hook prethink or postthink for this, it's stupid.
Find a better way like detecting those ents creation.
