hi,i use the command 2 send message to all users but i cnt see anything on screen and also i start a vote and i cnt see anything, is the admin not suppose 2 see the message 2 all players and the vote???

you cant always see your messages but maybe try this :
say : @ text text

and for the vote sometimes it works for me and sometimes it doesn't it's weird, help would also be appreciated by me.
