Amx_votemap = server crash with AMXX 1.0

I ran this command exactly twice: "amx_votemap awp_whore" in my server which everything else works fine in. Then, I see that the server crashed, so I think someone messed with something. I try again, the same command. Server crashes once more. Dont know whats up. Oh ya, and I tried to install using auto-install feature, but didnt know what folder to link to. I only have access to the cstrike directory and up. I dont have access to the root. I tried all different things, never worked. So I installed it on local machine and uploaded.

o_O I don't recall this happening with the RCs... did you use those?

Also, what operating system is this on? If linux, what kernel?

I am using Windows (Nuclearfallout) - Lol, i think i know why: When I was uploading the files, i used my old (.16) files and overwrote the new (1.0) files thinking NOTHING changed. But my assumption is the amxx.cfg is changed so the server keeps crashing because whenever a command is run, there is no where for the dlls to turn to be configed.
