When hooking a function, you define a handler. Speaking theoretically, is there a downside to running a hook through multiple handlers?
When looking through SourceHook, it looked like it manages by plugin id and by the handler, so I would assume that it would be ok to have multiple handlers within a plugin without causing instability.
I ran some tests and it seemed to work just fine, but didn't want to jump in with both feet without asking some expert opinions.
