If I change the map through the command, the server blocks me. Help me.

Dropped NEWWORLD_ from server: STEAM UserID STEAM_1:0:117725993 is not allowed to join this server

I've tried many different ways.

Various settings such as autokick 0 did not solve the problem.

We tested it and found that the plug-in may have a source van involved. Strangely enough, except for the source van plug-in, no problem occurred.

But I'm not sure because I haven't tried this test a few times.

Can I fix this?

The server welcome is 18.04 Ubuntu.

Can you find reason from SourceMod logs ? ...addons/sourcemod/logs/

Have you enabled, server log ?
Then enable this also sv_logbans 1
You should see in logs when ban happens.

I guess this is CSGO game, you would like short vote kick penalty.

If this ban happen on map change, there are maybe
ban command in config files, server.cfg, gamemode_*_server.cfg, sourcemod.cfg etc.etc.

Map change is using [MCE] MAP CHANGE EXTENDE. I don't know of any related issues in the plugin code.

Also, I looked for various configs, but it was difficult to find the problem. I need more tests.
