Bad written title, and also maybe in the wrong place, but here it goes anyway. Also keep in mind that English is not my primary language.

I've had some problems on my server with custom admin groups, where i feel limited to just adding commands, and not being able to customize them however i want.

Is there a way to allow players only to use a command partially?
For example, in admin_groups//admin_overrides, allow people something like "sm_gravity" [1 - 5], to not allow a player to set their gravity to something like 0.00001 and be fly through the whole map?

Also, is there a way to give a player permission for a command for a certain time only?
For example, "sm_respawn" (30) for 30 seconds of availability.
