[REQ] block nicks similar to the admin nicks

The description is in the title

For example if there's an admin with nick "easyfan" and someone tries to change his nick to "easyfan sucks", "eat sh** easyfan" etc, the plugin blocks/kicks the player/changes his nick immediately to something else.

My plugin kind of does that. Haha. (It's in the New Plugin Submissions about a page or 2 back, I think)
