My partner is trying to run Metamod on Windows 10 in a TF2 listen server, and I'm told everything should've been installed properly, I quote: "There's no reason it shouldn't work"
Metamod just throws an error instead: "Detected engine 15 but could not load: The specified module could not be found."

faced the same issue with CSS, run the game with -insecure

This issue can be closed, my partner switched to the dev builds of MM and Sourcemod and that fixed their issues
