[ CS GO ] Huge problem new source 1.12

Hello everyone, I downloaded a new source mod for my server.
I downloaded 1.12 and all the plugins were deleted, I installed them again but they don't work the same for the admins.
SOLUTION?

well I assume if your plugins got deleted so did your admins?
