Oh I know exactly whats changing, theres just a lot of them, and I cant figure out which ones I can change that will actually work.

I rent a server and want to use this.. I am confused though, how do I initiate this?


- How do you start a VS lobby with one of those non-VS maps on your local PC? Is MM & the VersusTools plugin installed client-side AND server-side?

- Is there an in-game menu? Not sure if this has anything to do with SourceMod menus or not..

- I had all of my non-VS maps removed from my server so people couldn't load up a single-player game on my server. I have put them back to test this.

If you read Apex's post on page 1, you'll see that you can't actually start the game from the campaign maps, the screenshot of being in a vs lobby with the campaign maps is a side effect of completing a campaign.

I think the plugin has just a enabled cvar. Otherwise it will always force max players on the map to being 8.

Theres no CVAR. I am detouring various functions that are checked when the map is first loaded that determines how many players are allowed to join. Im pretty sure they can be used to allow more than 8 players to connect as well, but its hard getting 8 people to test everytime I need to.

I think the maxplayers 14 is the number of real and fake clients that can be assigned, so watch out for that

Hey, great plugin, CrimsonGT!
I using it on my servers. There is one thing that i cant figure out - why the infected cant see a infected ladders? I know the ladders exist and some times i can get on it accidentally. Is it because of map or ...? is there a way to fix it?

They just don't appear on non vs maps.

-Start a vs game on any maps (nm or Bh) (using lobby).
-Change your map to death toll /dead air (i suppose that you have forced versus in your server.cfg)
-callvote return to lobby

I tried to put the game public like that but, public weren't joining (just tested once) and i couldn't connect on my server though search_key with death toll selected in lobby.
Will try again .
